01 / About

The bridge between economics and AI

A rare
hybrid.

I started in economics — auditing imports at SAT, building transfer pricing models at Deloitte, designing inclusion indices with the Mexican Congress. Then I went deep into AI: a master's in Applied Artificial Intelligence at Tec de Monterrey, plus four high-specialty certificates in ML, data science, IoT, and data visualization.

The result is unusual: a product leader who can sit with data scientists to debate model recall, then with a CFO to defend a roadmap. Today I lead AI products at Intelimétrica, used by the largest banks and real estate networks in Mexico.

I care about products that actually ship — that touch real users and move real money. Not demos. Not pilots that never escape the lab.

AVM (Automated Valuation Model) platform powering RE/MAX, Clau, Flat, DD3, and other leading real estate networks across Mexico. Took ownership of an existing platform's roadmap, enhancement strategy, and partner success motion.

Diagnosed user drop-off points through behavioral analysis, then redesigned the experience — restructuring pricing, building new packages, running seasonal promotional launches, and introducing a contextual tooltip system to drive feature discovery.

End-to-end revaluation solution for Mexico's Tier-1 banks.

Revalues mortgage portfolios for HSBC, Banorte, Scotiabank, and Citi across thousands of homes nationwide — combining AVM-based property valuation, bank-specific insurance-coverage logic, and physical mail dispatch of revised policy letters.

Owned the solution end-to-end: designed the property valuation logic, built bank-specific insurance-coverage rules, and developed the technical and commercial proposals presented directly to senior client stakeholders.

Cut portfolio revaluation turnaround from 1.5 months → 2 weeks — a ~70% reduction in delivery time.
